Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Leaking Wall in Camas

This homeowner had finally found their perfect home to purchase. After living there for a while they found a hidden door in one of the closest in their finished basement. What they found was an unfinished portion of under the house and could visibly see water leaking from the wall creating puddles. Seeing the mold and ripped vapor barrier they knew they needed to get it fixed immediately and called us to have on of our inspectors go out. We installed our patented WaterGuard and sealed the unfinished portion to ensure water wouldn't be leaking again.

Dehumidifier

This is our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier that we installed to filter out the moisture from the air and drains it right into the drainage system we installed with the WaterGaurd. It also has a dual filter that removes mold spores and dust mites to ensure the air you are breathing is clean.

Sump Pump

We installed our TripleSafe sump pump that has two pumps inside to pump out maximum water but also has a battery operated third pump that kicks on in case of a power outage.
