A real estate broker gave us a call to clean the crawlspace of its mold and water buildup for a potential buyer. Our crew went above and beyond to clean and dry out the space. They pulled out all of the insulation that was water damaged to ensure that future mold problems would not arise. They filled any small crevices with our spray foam to make a tight seal. And laid down Clean Space to encapsulate the crawlspace, so that they wouldn't have to deal with these issues again. The customer was very satisfied with the job, and their customer to be loves how clean it is.
*Unrelated side note, our crew makes sure to take off their shoes after clean space is laid down. They do this to ensure it stays clean and dry
