Property management called to have us come waterproof basement for incoming buyer. We didn't find many problems other then debris and some moisture buildup. Gordon and his crew went on spot and cleaned everything up. We installed 6 mil vapor barrier and a SuperSump pump to complete the full waterproofing system. Making this house a healthier, safe and moisture free home for the future buyers.
