Customer called because they have four crawlspaces in total. They live on a hillside which slants directly into the crawlspace. So our crew installed new vent covers to stop the water from coming in. TerraBlock was than installed to keep water from rising up through the soil, and to seal it our install crew used 20 mil CleanSpace. Should any leaks occur, they installed a SmartDrain, and to help control the humidity levels a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. To finish this job our crew used spray foam insulation as a sealant to complete the job. Leaving the customer with four conditioned crawl spaces.
