Spray Foam
We use a spray foam insulation that goes along the parameter walls of the crawlspace. It gives better coverage insulation and helps keep all the heat in.
Using a Dehumidifier
Using a dehumidifier in the crawlspace can help greatly keep the humidity down so that moisture cannot accumulate. We installed our SaniDry Sedona that runs quietly while also filtering out mold spores, dust mites, and allergens.
SmartJacks
Our crew installed SmartJacks in place of the rotting posts. These are made of stainless steel and won't rust or rot away. They also are adjustable so when settling occurs over time they can easily be adjusted.
Vapor Barrier Replacement
We took out the old worn out 6 mils black plastic and replaced it with our CleanSpace vapor barrier. It is a 20 mils thick woven fiber vapor barrier that is rip resistant and won't break down to moisture exposure.
