When our inspector went out and inspected the crawlspace they found puddles of water throughout the crawlspace and due to high humidity in the crawlspace the moisture caused mold to spread. Our crew did a crawlspace encapsulation system with drainage. The homeowner was so happy with the job done and couldn't believe just how bad the crawlspace had been.

Controlling Humidity

Our crew installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier that is the perfect size for a crawlspace. It filters the humidity out so moisture cannot build up. It also filters out dust, mold spores, and allergens.

Sump pump Install

Our SmartSump is a is designed to work along with the CleanSpace vapor barrier. It is a high pump that will catch the water and pump it out and away from a home.

CleanSpace Vapor barrier

When we encapsulate the crawlspace we bring the vapor barrier all the way up to the sill plate of the home. This gives ultimate protection to weather and pests from entering the crawlspace because it is rip resistant.

Vapor Barrier Replacement

We took out the old and torn up black plastic vapor barrier and replaced it with CleanSpace. The CleanSpace vapor barrier is a 20 mils thick woven fiber plastic that is tear resistant.
