Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Wood rot in crawlspace

This crawlspace was wet, moldy, and the beams were full of black mold creating an unhealthy environment for our homeowners. The crews went in and removed the water in the crawlspace as well as the old torn vapor barrier. After installing a sump pump and drainage system, the team encapsulated this space and made it a beautiful and healthy area of the home. They also ensured they treated the mold on the wood to stop any more potential growth.

Wet foundation wall

Water has been seeping in through this foundation wall and covering the crawlspace floor.

Black mold on the posts.

This posts has black mold growing in it, due to excessive moisture in the crawlspace. Our team treated this mold and encapsulated the space so mold was no longer an issue for them.

Water on the vapor barrier

It is really common that we see water and sediment accruing on the vapor barriers in the homes that we go into. Our team installed a waterproofing system and drainage prior to the Cleanspace so that this would never be a problem again.

This crawlspace has a Sanidry Sedona and a Sump Pump system to ensure that water is never an issue in their space again. This sump pump is armed with a water watch alarm to let them know if water touches the alarm.
