Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Spray Foam in Corvallis, OR

We have a customer in Corvallis, OR who needed our help with his crawl space. He had a real estate appraisal done and the inspector had noticed that there was some standing water on the vapor barrier. Our crews went out and cleaned out the crawl space. Installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to eliminate the dampness in the crawl space by drying and filtering the air. They also did some minor repairs needed to the support posts, put in a new discharge line and installed a TripleSafe sump pump who's three-pump system ensures that silt and sediment will not block the flow of the water being pumped out. The crawl space was encapsulated with the CLeanSpace vapor barrier and then Spray Foam was applied to the walls of the crawl space which all works together to create a dry, energy-efficient system to keep the crawl space dray for a very long time.
