Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawlspace has standing Water - Portland, OR

Carole called into our office because she had recently purchased a home and there was some standing water in the crawl space. Carole wanted to protect the health of her home, so she made an appointment for a free inspection with Design Specialist Marcus who came out to her home to have a look. Marcus suggested doing a full encapsulation and went over all of the benefits with Carole who decided this was a great idea. In a few days' time, Lupe and his crew of waterproofing pros were out to Carole's home to get this taken care of. The encapsulation process consisted of cleaning the crawl space out and installing a SaniDry dehumidifier to take all of the moisture out of the air. They installed a TripleSafe sump pump, they isolated the support posts and put in the CleanSpace vapor barrier. Spray foam insulation was added and this crawl space is now fully waterproofed and Carole's home will be protected from moisture damage for years.
