Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawlspace Moisture Damage in Wilsonville, OR

This crawl space had been neglected and over time the vapor barrier had torn is spots and there was some signs of moisture damage. Vinny was able to go out and give our customer a quote on having Ramon come out and encapsulate the area. Our customer thought this sounded like a good idea and not long after, Ramon was out to get started.  Encapsulating this crawl space included removing all of the debris that had built up over the years and drying out the crawl space with a dehumidifier. Then a sump pump was installed along with the CleanSpace vapor barrier, spray foam insulation, and new vent covers for the outside access. This crawl space is guaranteed to stay dry and mold-free for many years.
