Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Caked on Mud and Falling Insulation in Salem, OR

This home's old vapor barrier wasn't addressing the home's major issue: Water moisture and humidity levels. These persisting issues lead to water-heavy fiberglass insulation and mud on top of the barrier. To take back control of the crawlspace a full encapsulation with a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was needed.

Each wooden post was isolated and a drainage system is laid down to move groundwater

CleanSpace

Cleanspace is a 20 Mil thick woven vapor barrier, sealed fully into place to give a tight seal against water

Structural Support

Due to water damage to the foundation of the home, a few SmartJacks were needed to provide structural stability to the home.
