The homeowner called us up reporting high humidity and damp odors in their crawlspace. They had noticed that their old vapor barrier had dust and mud on top of it. Their fiberglass insulation was also holding condensation and mold spores seemed to be popping up. To fix the issue they were looking for a full encapsulation. After removing the debris from under the home, applying Mold X2 as needed, we encapsulated the space. The homeowners will now be able to enjoy a dry and healthy home.
