Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Water Soaked Fiberglass and Mold - Stayton, OR
With fiberglass held against the wooden underside of the home, and moisture absorbed into it, mold takes hold. This homes crawlspace began to emit an odd odor, and dampness. Upon exploration, mold was found in the falling fiberglass and along the wood. To repair the crawlspace, the homeowners called up John's Waterproofing and discussed a full encapsulation. The homeowners moved forward after their inspection and are excited to see heating and cooling costs go down, happy that already the odor is gone!
