While doing some home renovations the homeowner was informed that some of their floor was rotting away from prolonged water exposure. To address this properly, they were referred to John's Waterproofing. We ended up doing a full encapsulation, working around the schedules of the other contractors who were performing renovations. The homeowner is thrilled the projects came together smoothly and that their home upgrades will be protected for the long run.

Fiberglass Insulation Issues
The fiberglass was falling to pieces and had water mold throughout
Clean Fresh CleanSpace
CleanSpace was laid down, this is a 20 Mil woven vapor barrier
Proper Insulation
TerraBlock insulation was laid over the dirt floor and Spray Foam insulation applied along the foundation walls
