Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Muddy Crawlspace in Salem, OR
This homeowner called us up in need of crawlspace repairs. They didn't check check the space often because the mud made it difficult to crawl through during the wet months. They knew it would need to be addressed in the summer, or else the space would need a dry-out to even get inspected. We scheduled their free inspection for the beginning of the summer, and the design specialist suggested an encapsulation to address the homes issues. The homeowners expected they would need a lot of work, beginning with treating the present mold, and replacing three rotting wooden posts. We then installed a full drainage system, TripleSafe Sump Pump, Proper crawlspace insulation, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and SaniDry dehumidifier. To help them be able to crawl through the space themselves easily, they also had our electrical division install a lighting package.

TerraBlock insulation was applied over the dirt floor and spray foam insulation was applied to the foundation walls.
