Before - Old Vapor Barrier
The old vapor barrier had debris over it, and was in poor condition
Moisture in the Fiberglass
The fiberglass insulation was all absorbing the high humidity levels in this space, and mildew was growing in them and along some of the wooden beams and posts
Post Isolation
We treated any problem areas and used CleanSpace to isolate any wooden pieces away from moisture contact
Insulation
With all of the old fiberglass insulation removed we were able to insulate properly with TerraBlock and Spray Foam
Sump Pump
The sump pump directs the collected water to divert it away from the foundation
