For this project our realty specialist set up the Fix it To List It special with a Pipe, Pump, and Plastic installation.

Before - Crawlspace disrepair

The crawlspace had debris, critter droppings, and the old fiberglass was in pieces

Before - Moved Vapor barrier

A 6 Mil vapor barrier needs to be replaced every few years, as it is prone to tears, critters chewing on it, and it shifts its position

Pipe Installation

A trench is dug to install a perforated pipe in a silt sock to collect and direct groundwater

Pump

A TripleSafe sump pump is installed to collect water from the pipes to be discharged away from the home

Plastic installation

The job called for a 6 Mil vapor barrier to be installed, we overlapped the edges, and ran it up the walls, this will need to be replaced in a few years
