Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Installing a Drainage System for Crawl Space - Vancouver, WA

This homes crawl space had water coming into it. The water would go over the 6 Mil vapor barrier and cause pools of water to fester. To keep the space healthier the home owners wanted to have a drainage system installed to keep the water from building up. We sent out a crew and did a drainage system, Sump Pump, and laid down a new 6 Mil vapor barrier.

After installing the drainage system and sump pump a new 6 Mil is laid throughout

Sump Pump

The sump is installed in the lowest point to collect water from the drain system and pump it safely away from the homes foundation
