Old Vapor Barrier Disheveled
The old vapor barrier was covered in mud, and out of place
Trapped Moisture along the wooden posts
The space had no drainage so water levels were rising and seeping over the seams for the old vapor barrier
Tight Spaces
Our System Design Specialist crawled through the entire space to check the crawl space
Encapsulation
We installed a full drainage system, Sump Pump, TerraBlock, CleanSpace, and Dehumidifier, as well as replacing two wooden posts that were to damaged by the water.
