Damp to the Touch Walls
The foundation walls were damp in places where moisture was getting through

To keep the space dry, a drainage system with a SuperSump Plus was installed as well as a SaniDry Dehumdifier
CleanSpace Vapor Barrier
We used a CleanSpace vapor barrier, which is 20 Mil thick with a woven fiber through it, this goes under each wooden post, anchors and seals along the rim joust and seals along every seam
Air Sealing with Spray Foam
We then used spray foam to air seal the space
