This home had some funky wooden posts. Some were rotting, some had make-shit support next to posts. But the home above was suffering from bouncy floors and sticky doors. To get some help, the homeowners called up John's Waterproofing. We replaced the posts with SmartJacks which will not rot or mold, and did a full encapsulation to protect the space from water issues.
