Afterwards we sat with the owners to work out a repair plan, landing on a full encapsualtion to keep this space dry and healthy all the time.

Along the Wood Water Damage was Evident

The wood of the home was damp and harboring some visible signs of water damage

Fiberglass is a No Go in the Crawl Space

Fiberglass absorbs water and holds it along the homes sub-floor, where it festers

Wet Walls and Mineral Deposits

The walls were wet after heavy rains and mineral deposits were found under the old vapor barrier

Using CleanSpace

We use CleanSpace as a vapor barrier which will bring this space into the homes envelope so it can remain healthy and dry

Dehumidifer

To address the spaces moisture issue we installed a SaniDry dehumidifier which will ensure the spaces air remains healthy
