Damaged Vapor Barrier and Falling Insulation

Vapor barrier had puddles of water and rips and tears. The overheard fiberglass insulation was falling from sub-floor negating the fiberglass insulation value.

Groundwater Throughout Crawl Space Floor

Once we removed the vapor barrier it exposed the wet gravel beneath showing the intensity of groundwater under this home.

Installing Drainage to Address Groundwater

A perforated pipe was placed in a silt sock to help the passage of groundwater get to the sump pump and away from the homes foundation.

TerraBlock Insulation Placement

TerraBlock insulation was placed along ground floor to insulate crawl space properly and help regulate the homes temperature.

SuperSump Plus

A SuperSump Plus was installed to pump groundwater safely away from the homes foundation.

Spray Foam Along Crawl Space Walls

Lastly, a Spray Foam insulation was placed along the crawl space walls to insulate and fully air seal.
