Damp and Exposed Earth
The old vapor barrier was pushed out of place and the damp earth was exposed. This allows water moisture a direct way to absorb into fiberglass where mold can fester and grab a hold of the wooden beams.
Encapsulation
We installed a full drainage system, sump pump, and laid down TerraBlock, CleanSpace, and installed Spray Foam
Encapsulation to keep away mold
We isolate the home away from moisture to ensure the organic materials will not mold, we also installed a SaniDry dehumidifier to keep the humidity levels at a point where mold cant grow
Messy Crawl Space
The crawl space was in disarray and had the old fiberglass drooping.
