We had an experience on 9-12 that was to good to be true. After making an appointment with your company, to look under our modular home to see if we had mold, you sent a rep to our home. 

Sammy Brooks, your Systems Design Specialist, explained all the different areas he would check on and let us know what your company could do for us. Fortunately he didn't find anything to be acted on for some time. This was a good thing, but the good thing was Sammy's demeanor and excellence in explaining the situation for us. He was very articulate and just plain nice. 

We are surprised there was no change for this inspection and we thankyou very much. We will remember Sammy's suggestions and be happy to recommend your company to anyone needing your service.
