Radon Gas Mitigation Photo Album: High Radon Levels in Silverton, OR
This homeowner had recently learned about radon and how it was the second leading cause of lung cancer in the US. To see if their home had a radon issue, they called up John's Waterproofing and scheduled their continuous radon test. We tested the home for a few days, showing the owners the data and how their homes radon levels fluctuated over the days and what their average had been. With their home in the high levels, the owners chose to move forward with a mitigation system.
Radon Pipe into the Basement
The pipe is installed to pull the radon gases out from under the home, stopping the gases from contaminating the living spaces air.
Installing the Exterior System
Our installer hooked up the exterior pipe system to direct the gases out and away from the home
