This home had the crawlspace fully encapsulated in 2020. Since then, they have had one of our service techs out each year for their maintenance. During this visit, the tech performs a full inspection to keep the system in tip top shape. The tech ensures the sump pump is clean and cleared of any silt of sediment. They change our the dehumidifier filter, and perform a full inspection of the crawlspace for any problems, or things that need to be addressed.
