Sump Pumps Photo Album: Waterproofing of Crawl Space, Beaverton, OR

This crawl space in Beaverton had drainage and insulation issues which made it unusable for storage. Design Specialist, Daniel Mitchell went out and came up with a plan which would solve our customer's needs. Within a few days, Foreman Gordan and his team went out, cleaned out all the old insulation and debris that had built up and did a full encapsulation of the crawl space. This consisted of installing a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, CleanSpace vapor barrier, Spray Foam, and new vent covers. Our customer is thrilled that he can now utilize his crawl space for storage, knowing that the space will stay clean and dry for years. He also knows that he can rely on John's Waterproofing Company to come out yearly to make sure all that all equipment is running properly making his crawl space not only safe and usable but also virtually maintenance-free.
