This is a crawl space in Portland, OR that needed a new vapor barrier because animals had gotten into the crawl space and caused some damage. In just a few short days we were able to clean out the older material and in its place, we installed a SmartSump pump that has a Zoeller 1/3 hp cast-iron pump with an automatic float switch, along with a SmartDrain System and an UltraSump pump which is able to pump 2,018 gallons per hour and CleanSpace vapor barrier ensuring the crawl space stays dry and encapsulated which also keeps rodent activity out. New vent covers and SmartJack were also installed on the existing footing.
