We encountered a serious water problem in our daylight basement that a new sump system wasn't fixing. We asked John's Waterproofing to look at it, and they recommended their drainage system to fix what was thought to be a "cold joint" problem; water seepage between the foundation and the wall. We agreed; they began the work and quickly they discovered that wasn't it at all; the water was coming down the inside wall from outside. They quickly stopped tearing out drywall, and we weren't charged anything. We did contract with them to move an existing sump pump system and install a more substantial moisture barrier in the crawlspace, a job they did well. All of the workers were very courteous and industrious, and we feel we got our money's worth for the work they did. I'd hire them again, definitely.

After providing an evaluation, they created drainage around the perimeter of the foundation of the home and installed a sump pump. There have been no complaints and our tenants are happy. We were very happy with the punctuality and professionalism of the representatives

He did a great job, was professional, courteous and knowledgable. Every company out there should hope that their own people should do such a great job. In this day and age all too often companies forget about the consumer after they cash your check. Great job to all your staff.

Great service from Johns. We were necessarily out of tow during the waterproofing. Still, all went off without a hitch.

The crew came out and installed a sump pump. They were great to work with and I'd recommend them.

We have the pump serviced every year in November before the rain starts. The service guy we use is Kaleb. NICE GUY!I am in a wheelchair so I need other eyes to check the crawl space and give everything a look over. I have all the confidence in the world in John's. They never take a shortcut. This time (as always) I had Kaleb install a section of pipe to the discharge line. No problem, no charge. I am so grateful for all they do. Harry and Colton came out to service our existing system and do some more owrk for us. During their time at our house they hauled gravel and spent hours on their hands and knees digging in semi frozen mud and puddles searching for where the rain drains connected. They worked super hard, were very professional and gave it their all to make sure the work got done. 

Good morning.  All of your employees who worked in crews at different times were very friendly and professional.  They knew their task and worked efficiently to complete each step and after completed explained what they had done in terminology I could understand.  There was some difficulty installing the Turtl under the house because of lack of space in the foundation.  Your salesman, was here the 1st morning the project was started for a few minutes and said the Turtl couldn’t be used and we would have to settle for a Crawl Space Access Door. This was really disappointing.  I really wanted that easy access under the house.  I discussed this with Ramon ( Supervisor) who studied the issue and found a way to resolve and complete the installation of the Turtl.  When they started work they found that 1 of the heat vent tubes had fallen down, was wet and destroyed.  It would have taken a heating company 3 – 5 days to get here so I purchased materials and his team installed after their workday to keep the project on schedule.  He also asked why we weren’t installing Terra Block on the ground and explained the importance of using this material.  He negotiated a fair price and installed the next day.  Your office staff was great answering questions and coordinating subcontractor work.  I was very impressed with your staff for going the extra mile completing our project.  In just a few weeks our house is warmer, dryer and smells fresher than it has.  Overall we are very impressed with John’s Waterproofing Co. and will recommend your service to anyone. 

Marcus was very helpful in explaining the systems that Johns Watweproofing would use to address our leaky basement issues. He also identified whether and when additional contractors might be needed to address other issues, e.g. Wood repair, electrical outlet installment.
