This homes crawlspace was dusty and had water logged fiberglass insulation which was growing mold in the fiberglass as well as one the wooden foundation. To absolve these issues we removed the old insulation, applied MoldX2 as needed, and installed a full crawlspace encapsulation system to get this homes crawlspace dry and healthy!
When a homes crawlspace suffers from post damage, the floors will slope, bounce, and doorways can stick. This home suffered those issues, and while the homeowners tried to shimmy the posts up, the issue kept coming back. To solve the problems we installed SmartJacks as needed and did a full encapsulation to protect the home from water damage coming back.
