What made you choose our company:

Initially I went to get quotes from a few companies, but the other guys charged you, just to come quote. I am soo happy I went with John's Waterproofing. They're customer service is great and they did not charge me for the quote. The work was done in a timely manner and they had good Covid protocols. I felt like I could ask them questions and they answered without being bothered and they listened to my observations regarding my water issues. That is a lot as a woman head of household, I am amazed at how many installers, plumbers, or other service providers "don't listen" because of the customer being a woman. I've tested it by having my male neighbor be present and I am treated differently. Thank you John's Waterproofing, for Great, quality and fair service.
