Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This homeowner had dealt with water coming through the basement walls for years, and had been applying a waterproof paint every few years. The paint isn't a long-term solution and does crack and come off as water pushes up against it. The homeowner was ready for a solution that looked nice and could stand the test of time. This basment was waterproofed with our Waterguard system and finished with our Bright wall and Thermaldry flooring system. Kepping it dry and nice looking for years to come. 

This customer needed a trench drain in front of his garage, the before picture shows what it looked like after the concrete was chipped away, the picture doesn’t show that under reviled a broken French drain that was supposed to be working as their drainage system. The after photo shows the trench drain laid in place before concrete was poured around it. Even not all the way finished the space already looks better! Once they pour the concrete the crew will make sure it is smoothed out and even for a nice finished look!
