Fiberglass insulation isn't made to withstand moisture or contact with water. For this reason, it doesn't work in a crawl space. Once water gets sucked into it, it will droop and is prone to mold and mildew. This homes old fiberglass was a mess, and the homes heating and cooling bills were way up. To regain control over their home's energy usage, they were ready to encapsulate. 

This crawl space was so dark and damp before the CleanSpace encapsulation. Now it is a dry and bright space for years to come!

This home had no vapor barrier under the home and some water intrusion issues, we solved these issues by encapsulating the crawl space with CleanSpace. Keeping this crawl space dry and energy efficient for years to come.
