Just a note to say that our installers did a great job on installing my sump pump on the 26th of August. They worked hard for 12 hours and when done, cleaned up everything well! 

We saw the company's truck in our neighborhood and we decided to get a free inspection for our crawlspace as well. The options were thoroughly explained to us and the crew was on time every day and absolutely amazing!   

Johns Waterproofing did a fantastic job of cleaning up my crawl space, from the presentation to the final touches. Everyone at Johns Waterproofing wants to see your issues resolved, and when they’re done, they want you to be happy with what they did. They are willing to guarantee their work, and when you accept all of their recommendations, your project may qualify for a transferable warrantee as well. We have a spring under our guest room, and our original builder didn’t adequately provide for that. The work he did was deteriorating at a rapid rate, until one day we were forced to confront the issue again. Not only did they remove all of our original builders “make-shift work around” debris, but they actually, permanently fixed the issue to a point where they were willing to warrantee the project “forever”, allowing us to transfer their warrantee to any new owner, should we ever decide to sell our house. I accepted all of their recommendations, and not only did they resolve all of my crawl space issues, my electric and gas bills have been significantly reduced as a result of the things they did in my new, clean space.   We couldn’t be happier with Johns Waterproofing, and their crews. Each and every member of Johns Waterproofing we came in contact with was very hard working, personable, and professional. We had two crews working in our crawl space and every single person was concerned about how they protected our house above the crawl space as well. They put plastic sheeting up on all the walls and floors, and cleaned up every day before they left. I can’t say enough good things about the work force at Johns Waterproofing. I was impressed with everyone. Would I recommend them to my friends and family? You bet I would, and that recommendation would come with my highest rating as well. Remediation of water issues in crawlspace to satisfy inspection of home for sale. This was done for my wife's house which she tried to sell when we got married. After renting she was prepared to put the house on the market when a referral from a friend resulted in an offer. The inspection revealed some water issues in the crawlspace, not unusual in this part of the state. I went down to look and verify the issue. The inspection service recommended John's service which made me somewhat skeptical but the Angie's list reviews were positive. When their agent came to inspect and discuss remediation I was more impressed. They were able to schedule the work in a time frame favorable to closing. They arrived on time and did an excellent job of keeping the house clean and cleaning up afterwards. I went down into the crawlspace and saw that new plastic had been put down but wasn't going to peel up the plastic to verify the trenching and placement of drain pipe (sock covered flexible drain pipe).  I saw the wiring for the sump pumps and the alarms but again did not peel away the black plastic to verify installation. It is difficult to rate this work in comparison to above grade work where a better inspection is possible. It appears they did what they said they would and the situation is improved. I am not one to inflated ratings. This is difficult work and "adequate" is really fair praise. I would consider them for our current home some time in the future.

Delfino, Ramon and Juan were a wonderful crew. They kept at task, checked with us when needed and answered our questions in a very knowledgeable manner. We were really impressed with Delfino, he laid out the job and kept the others on task. Delfino, Ramon & Juan worked very werll together. 

The guys did such a great job, good work, they conducted themselves professionally and I would recommend them to anyone. They deserve some sort of award! Francisco's crew was great!

Your 3 men came down yesterday and worked hard all day under my house.  It was a challenge because the crawl space is so small.  I do not see how they did it, but they never stopped and kept on until the job was finished.  I want to thank those men for their hard work.  I want to commend them heartily for all the excellent work they accomplished.   Thank you.   Thank you.   Thank you. Plus, you guys were just so nice! I had my son Cooper with me at one point and you high-fived him! It’s such a relief to know that our crawlspace is going to stay dry. It just made me so sad to finally buy a house and to then have the surprise of water (and fear of mold) in the crawlspace; thanks for working with me to get it within reach for me.
