This home had condensation working its way under the home, which lead to falling fiberglass insulation, mud-caked vapor barrier, and signs of critters. We did a full encapsulation to solve this issue with; MoldX, TerraBlock crawlspace insulation, Spray Foam, TripleSafe sump pump, and Cleanspace vapor barrier. 

This home had a mess of fiberglass insulation in the crawl space. Without realizing when this happened, the homeowners were shocked to glance under their home and seeing the mess that covered the crawl space.
