This home had water in the crawlspace, you can see on the posts that water damage had already started to get to them. Water in the crawlspace leads to mold and wood rot, meaning the posts that hold your home up will become weak or broken. This can cause a number of issues for you inside of them home. But with John's Cleanspace encapsulation system, you won’t have to worry about unseen water intrusion harming your home or health anymore.

When water began intruding on this basement, the homeowners were concerned. Their basement had been finished a few years prior, and they didn't think they had any water issues, but the wet spots on the carpet near exterior walls, was showing that water was getting in. To fix the issue, they called up John's Waterproofing. Our crew was able to go in and removed the damaged portions of the space. We installed WaterGuard along the interior parameter, diverting water to a new TripleSafe sump pump, and water was sent out, safely from the home. We then installed ThermalDry radiant barriers along the walls to insulate the space, and our finishing crew came in to re-finish the space. The home will now remain dry and healthy. 

This water logged crawlspace needed a full dry out. We then installed a three inch drainage pipe, SmartSump and our CleanSpace vapor barrier to keep this space dry and healthy. 

This crawlspace had flooding issues occur, and left water stains and mineral deposits across the old 6 Mil vapor barrier. The homeowners could tell that water was an issue, and they would need some professional help. They called up John's and scheduled their inspection. After they spoke with the design specialist, the homeowners chose to move forward with a full encapsulation. 

This home would flood each year when heavy rains occurred. We installed a full interior perimeter WaterGuard system, CleanSpace wall system, TripleSafe sump pump, and a SaniDry dehumidifier to ensure this space remains dry and healthy.
