We have yet to have rain. We are trusting that the system will work. They provide quality personnel and materials. Our sump pump has multiple back up systems and an alarm. We feel that if we had a question or problem we could call John's and receive responsive, good service.

Vincent was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions about the basement system. We were referred to Johns Waterproofing Co. by a highly reputable company in Corvallis because they thought that John's would be able to better address our needs. Vincent was able to inform us with the interior system of waterproofing which was a new method to us. We also had white panels installed on the walls to assist with the waterproofing. It has brightened the basement and although it is a useful basement for projects and storage it is not a livable basement. This

E.D. Hughes recommend John's to us. We were going to address the wet basement with an exterior solution such as French drains and connecting ancient pipes. E.D. Hughes thought that John's Waterproofing would be a better solution. We were not familiar with the interior solution to abating water in a basement.
