My crawl space humidity went from 100% down to 35% in 36 hours. I love this dehumidifier. My house has never been so comfortable. The machine is so quiet too. I do not hear it running during the night which is a plus.
Would have given a "5" except for the dents put into my air vent piping. I had prepped the pipe by removing insulation and tape from the joints prior to the crew coming out so they could have easily disconnected the piping for better access but that did not happen. I even asked them if they wanted me to remove the pipe for them but they said they could work around it. The damage is not bad enough to warrant any kind of fix. I am just saying it could have been prevented with very little effort on their part. Overall I am very happy with the work completed.
Considering that they had to crawl around in dirt and the only access was from inside the house, they did a good job of dirt containment. I only had two smudge marks on the wall that wiped up easily with a wet rag. I was happy to see that they removed the concrete debris from the crawl space and took it with them for disposal.
Spoke to a fellow co-worker who used John's Waterproofing in his house and he recommended their work. Also checked out your web page for more information.
