I just wanted to express how very pleased I have been with your company and the entire process thus far. Michael answered all of my questions but I was not ready yet to sign. He called me back to answer my questions and I plan to move forward and get my damp basement fixed to become a usable and beautiful space.

Dear JWP Staff,  We want to offer a sincere amount of gratitude to all involved in our project, including Jennifer, Jacob, and all of the installation crew. As I am sure everyone is aware of the misunderstanding that was encountered in our project regarding the quality and type of the surround, we wanted to let you know how appreciative we are of the service and care JWP put into making it right. We will absolutely be loyal customers to JWP for any future needs and will always be generous with out referrals.  A lot of contractors would not have made the call to do the right thing, but your team certainly did, and we thank you! 

I could not be more pleased with the water abatement work in our crawl space that included significant drainage work and installation of a Triple Safe sump pump. I would not hesitate to use them for any future work.  Our salesman was very responsive and informative. he took the time to answer questions and provide advice.  When the crew arrived they were incredibly hard working. The team lead went out of his way to provide post-installation photos, which I had requested. They left the site as clean or cleaner than before the installation. That was no easy task given the excess amount of backfill rock that remained in the driveway.  John's Waterproofing was recommended by the real estate agent that has assisted us with two home purchases and the entire process was outstanding! 

He did good work, very thorough inspection, and knowledgeable. 

I just loved my visit with Brandon - he is so good at what he does (found a missing post under my house that other companies (& myself) had crawled past more than once and never spotted!) ... no wonder I’m getting cracks in my ceiling & walls!!

David came out today to the spray foam and he fixed the lumpy areas under there in the crawl space floor. He was really nice, he was really good, we were very happy. Yeah, he was really good. So we are happy we paid and everything's done. I would also like to thank Jen a lot as well. She is really good at her job and I appreciate her for listening to me and walking me through the process. 

Lisa in the front office was great at working with our schedule for the inspection and following up and confirming. Jack our inspector was very thorough and took care of exactly what we were trying to accomplish.  While the crew was there they did an excellent job of communicating exactly what they were doing. What they expected to accomplish each day and when they left they explained what was scheduled for the following day. We had a couple of areas where we needed to make some minor changes on account of a noise problem in the crawlspace. We discussed a couple of solutions and picked what we felt would work bast.  The crew did a full clean up each day. Plastic down on all of the walkways and carpet. No clean up at all on our part. Five starts across the board, I would definetely hire them again. 

John's is the best, the new owner Robin Ekloff is the best in the NW at what he does. 100% reliable Co. 

I am very impressed and pleased with my appointment today with David. David carried himself very well and was very professional. He is one of the good ones, because of this experience I will be sure to use John's the next time I need work done. 

Your representative Marcus did not discover any water in our crawl space as previously reported by a contractor at our house. I appreciate and congratulate your company on having an honest and capable representative. If I ever have a need for waterproofing services, I will hire your company.

Bob was so thorough and knowledgeable. He wasn't at all high pressure sales. He was kind, thoughtful, very professional and only presented us with a solution that fit our needs - not something for a larger, more serious situation.
