They had John's Waterproofing come out and install a full WaterGuard parameter, TripleSafe Sump Pump, Thermal Dry Radiant Wall Barrier, and a SaniDry dehumidifier to get this space properly addressed before they continued with their finishing project. 

ThermalDry Wall System is a vapor barrier that is installed against the basement walls to help protect against moisture and water. Thermaldry is unique in the way it reflects heat back into the basement making the basement dry and more comfortable. This basement will now be dry for years to come.
