These homeowners had leaky basement walls and called John's Waterproofing to help them. We suggested finishing their basement with our Thermal Dry Flooring and Everlast Wall Panels. Thermal Dry flooring has raised pegs underneath to create an airspace and keep water from getting into the basement. EverLast walls are neutral-colored wallboards that are immune to mold and moisture damage.
Brightwall keeps the basement dry while looking bright, finished and clean. The SuperSump sump pump works with the WaterGuard to pump out any water in the drain system.
Here is a customer who was having significant water damage in their crawl space. Our techs were able to go out and replace the sump pump and then waterproof the walls with BrightWall Paneling. This basement is guaranteed to stay dry for a long time.
This homeowner had a basement apartment that had water intrusion constantly and it needed to be addressed. Our inspector went out and detected where the water was coming in and suggested to put in a drainage system. Our crews installed our WaterGuard system along the perimeter walls. It will drain unseen down to a sump pump where the water will be pumped out and away from the home. Our crew also installed BrightWall Paneling that is made specifically for basements. It is waterproof and easy to clean. The BrightWall also works in conjunction with the WaterGuard system; it works as an effective vapor barrier on cement basement walls. The customer loved how much brighter the basement was, it gave it a clean fresh look.
This new homeowner found out that an inspection had been done at their home and requested that we come complete the work now that they owned the home. Our team removed the fallen insulation, cleaned the debris, and encapsulated the air to make a beautiful space and provide cleaner air for their home and reduced heating and cooling bills.
