This homes basement had been finished, but after years, the drywall has damp spots, and the carpet gets soggy when heavy rains come. The homeowners pulled off a portion of the drywall where the problem was at it's worst and found the foundation wall had horizontal cracks and water coming through. They called up John's Waterproofing to get the space waterproofed and refinished.
This crawlspace had no vapor barrier and the vents were wide open causing this homeowner a lot in energy costs. We came out and did an encapsulation and spray foam to make this crawlspace dry and warm year round!
Here's a great example of what a difference an encapsulated looks like. No debris, clean, dry and will stay this way for many years. Providing this customer with a crawl space they can use. Mold, bacteria, and allergen-free.
One of our customers in Forest Grove OR had an unusable crawl space because of the dampness, falling insulation, and debris that had built up. Encapsulating your crawl space using the CleanSpace vapor barrier keeps your crawl space dry and usable for many many years.
This basement had a sump pump that was not working and so in the rainy months water would come up through the floor making this basement unusable. A TripleSafe sump pump system was installed and now this basement stays dry, quiet, and is energy efficient.
