Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

These homeowners found standing water in their basement. They quickly moved the items around to help keep things dry. They called up John's Waterproofing for help and we worked with them to find a long term solution with products backed by our amazing warranties. 

This homeowner has a previously finished basement that water ended up leaking into multiple times, ruining all the work they had put into it and costing them time & money. They called us and we came to install our proven waterproofing system and our waterproof Elite Plank flooring. Now this basement is protected against future leaks and flooding, keeping this basement looking great while staying dry for years to come!

This basement was taking on water, some of which was coming through the window. We installed a window well so that any water leaking in will be caught and drained out. Also featured in this picture is the SaniDry dehumidifier and our ThermalDry elite flooring.

This homeowner had cold, drafty basement floors and was looking to improve his basement space. Our team installed the Thermal Dry Basement Floor system which is a built-in drainage and vapor barrier system. The flooring comes in tiles that snap together and install directly over concrete flooring.

This basement had cracks on the foundation walls, to address this issue we used Dry Trak to fill and seal the cracks. A WaterGuard drainage system was installed to collect water from the parameter and grade it to a newly installed TripleSafe sump pump. Along the walls we installed CleanSpace to provide waterproofing to the walls.
