This home had standing water in their previously finished basement. They mopped up what they could, but it just came back. They knew the drywall was getting damaged, and the linoleum floor was water damaged. To make the space healthy and usable, they would need some professional help. They called up John's Waterproofing for a one stop help.
We pulled out all of the damaged portions of the space, waterproofed the entire basement and refinished the space. The homeowners opted to paint the new drywall themselves, and the space is once again finished, this time with the benefit of waterproofing to protect the space.
The construction crew called to have a drainage system installed into a new home they are putting up
Post protection is also very important when encapsulating a crawl space. Each post gets isolated and wrapped in the CleanSpace material ensuring that the entire crawl space stays clean and dry. Safe from any possible exposure to water damage. We take care of the health of your entire crawl space making clean air entering your home possible.
This home looked amazing, but the crawlspace was a dark wet and unhealthy space. Our crews transformed the space into a beautiful and usable space.
Here is a wet, soggy crawl space. You can tell by the insulation sagging with moisture and see the evidence of standing water. We went in and cleaned up the space and did a full encapsulation using CleanSpace for the vapor barrier and using Smart Jacks for post stability. Our customer no longer has to worry about moisture or damage being caused in his crawl space.
