Woody had sealed off this small area of his house and enclosed it to cover a wet and unsightly basement wall. After enough cracking and mold, he decided it needed to be handled. Having already used us to encapsulate his crawlspace, we were the first and only call this homeowner made. We repaired the crack and installed our lovely Bright Wall panels to finish the space and make it functional for the home owner.
This wonderfully finished basement had been a cozy lived-in area of the home until just last year. After a heavy rain, they noticed wet spots on their finished wall and coming in where the wall and the floor meet. A few more regular rain showers and this family was left with standing water and multiple leaks in their basement. This required them to tear apart their whole space due to water damage. Our team came in and installed a drainage system, completed the crack repairs, and installed our patented ThermalDry Wall system. This system ensures that no water or moisture will come in contact with the living space or building materials used to finish the basement walls. Now that the space is free from water intrusion issues they can refinish the wall and never have to worry again.
This owner knew she had some water on her vapor barrier and called us to come replace it and install a sump pump to stop it from happening again.
By installing the Cleanspace encapsulation system in this crawlsapce, we are able to keep it clean and dry while making the space brighter and easier to move around in.
This customer called about water getting into his basement causing problems underneath it and inside. We installed our patented water guard system and sump pump. We then used thermal drywall covering to prevent water from entering the space and provides extra insulation.
