Customer called for us to install SmartSump pump

Property management called to have old vapor barrier replaced 

We went out and replaced this old homemade sump pump with a SmartSump sump pump that has a Zoeller 1/3 hp cast-iron pump and is designed for crawl spaces to help remove water and prevent flooding.

This old sump pump had clogged up with mud and debris and could no longer keep up with the water issue that was present. We gave them an upgraded system with our sump specifically designed for crawlspaces, the SmartSump! 

This crawl space was a mess and needed to be cleaned up. With over 40% of the homes air coming from this area, the homeowners knew it needed to be cleaned up so their air would be healthy. For top-tier protection we installed a full encapsulation.
