Dear Robin,  I want to congratulate you on having such a wonderful crew of employees. Sammy did a wonderful job of explaining what needed to be done to fix my problem, and so patient in answering all my questions.  Gordon and his crew worked so hard and their work ethic was outstanding. Had stairs to climb each time they had to bring equipment and stuff from the truck - wow! But best of all was their smiles that greeted me when they saw me outside with my dog.  Thank all of them for me for a job well done. 

I appreciate the service received from Chase Milner each time he is here for annual checks of the waterproofing system which was first installed in 2017.  Chase is efficient and knowledgeable and always answers any questions I may have.  It is very nice to have his visits and knowing my equipment is well-maintained.  Thank you Chase!  

I read a good review on Angie's List so I decided that I would trust John's with my job. Everyone in the office was very professional and friendly. Our salesman Jacob was very knowledgable and had a very warm attitude. Ramon and his crew were very thorough and make sure to clean up their messes and leave my house as they found it. Absolutely stellar work crew, Manuel and his guys went above and beyond, I felt like he cared about the final product of our basement as if it were his own. This dude is just ten kinds of awesome. Much like your entire company, he's simply great. They did a complete servicing today and was more than tolerant of my many questions. He's candid, quick, and smart as can be about this line of work. I'd never been present for a "system test" before, and it's my final proof that this was the best decision I've made in a long, long time.
