Had stairs to climb each time they had to bring equipment and stuff from the truck - wow! But best of all was their smiles that greeted me when they saw me outside with my dog.  Thank all of them for me for a job well done. 

I read a good review on Angie's List so I decided that I would trust John's with my job. Everyone in the office was very professional and friendly. Our salesman Jacob was very knowledgable and had a very warm attitude. Ramon and his crew were very thorough and make sure to clean up their messes and leave my house as they found it. I would recommend them to others and would chose them again!

I just want to say our entire experience with you guys has been amazing. From the initial meeting for a quote all the way through the job completion, we could not be happier. Absolutely stellar work crew, Manuel and his guys went above and beyond, I felt like he cared about the final product of our basement as if it were his own. Having you guys do this work gives us a huge sigh of relief, knowing we’re well taken care of and the work has been done right.

I was impressed with the entire crew. Throughout the process they ensured that my finished basement area was undisturbed and that you would never have been able to tell the workers were ever there. 

days have made! Even after all the rain we've had on Tues and Wed, not to mention the wind and rain storm yesterday, my basement is completely dry.  Of course, I did have hope the waterguard system would work, but somehow it seemed almost too good to be true. Not so. It does seem to be true. The crew was terrific. They covered all my stuff with plastic and cleaned up thoroughly when they finished. The jackhammering seemed to take only a few hours on Monday and the gravel and half the system were laid. I can't believe how fast it went.  On Tues the exterior drainage lines were done--in the pouring rain--and the sump pump installed. The cement over the interior trenches was neatly done and you would never know it's there. The same with the exterior which wa snot at all an easy job. I can't say enough about the professionalism of the salesman Kenny Low and of the crew. Lorenzo, Delfino and Corey. I want to recognize each man and thank them all of the their hard work.  I still find myself going downstairs to see if there is water coming through the center of the floor. and the shop vac is still sitting nearby but nothing has come. What a sense of relief.  Thank you!
