I am so pleased with the service I received. I will be referring John's Waterproofing to my friends and family. 

days have made! Even after all the rain we've had on Tues and Wed, not to mention the wind and rain storm yesterday, my basement is completely dry.  Of course, I did have hope the waterguard system would work, but somehow it seemed almost too good to be true. Not so. It does seem to be true. The crew was terrific. They covered all my stuff with plastic and cleaned up thoroughly when they finished. The jackhammering seemed to take only a few hours on Monday and the gravel and half the system were laid. I can't believe how fast it went.  On Tues the exterior drainage lines were done--in the pouring rain--and the sump pump installed. The cement over the interior trenches was neatly done and you would never know it's there. The same with the exterior which wa snot at all an easy job. I can't say enough about the professionalism of the salesman Kenny Low and of the crew. Lorenzo, Delfino and Corey. I want to recognize each man and thank them all of the their hard work.  I still find myself going downstairs to see if there is water coming through the center of the floor. and the shop vac is still sitting nearby but nothing has come. What a sense of relief.  Thank you!

On this day of being thankful, as I just heard my sump pump kick on for the *third* time, I can't leave you guys out! With Sammy explaining the process and the choices available to Delfino and his crew preparing our foundation and walls for the sump pump (and left our basement cleaner than they found it), to the plumbers who installed the new laundry sink and toilet and finally Gordon completing the electrical work, there was a lot to coordinate. The quality (reputation) of performance, per Angie's List.  Plus, the representative made the explanation about the "hows" and "whys" of the process and the cost very understandable. What did you think of the crew? The crew arrived on time.  They were friendly and also explained well.  They worked efficiently. They finished in one day, and the outcome looks great!  There is a very smooth and nice transition with the floor that was there.

I wanted to thank you for taking the time to visit my home in SE Portland recently to meet with the contractors working on my remodel. I appreciate you making the trip and sharing information regarding your products with them. I am a big fan of your company and products and never hestitate to refere others to your firm for their basemetn and crawlspace waterproofing needs. 

I cannot tell you enough how great these guys are. They went above and beyond and were the most polite people. I have a better house because of the encapsulation system. The house smells better, feels better, and my electricity bill went down too! 

Delfino G and his crew were efficient, courteous and all-around fabulous. They kept us updated as they moved along and left the basement clean. Their work looks great. We've only had the system for a few weeks, but so far we are dry!

Last April your team came out and installed hard piping underground and a window well. Super thrilled I finally had this done and that I hired you guys. I have over a 100 year old home and having removed my sod the summer before, I started having some water come in through the basement last winter. Fortunately, your hard work worked! I want to give a big shout out to Jacob Bilyeu, who walked me through any and all concerns. And Nathan Camacho and his team who did the work, rain or shine. You guys are awesome! I apologize it took some time to reach out, but I wanted to make sure the water issues were resolved. Sure enough, they are. Although its been a drier season, my basement has remained dry just like Jacob assured me. Thank you all for the work you do! With much appreciation.

The crew arrived on time.  The clean up was truly amazing, they did all that and made their entire mess vanish! Just want to add, one glitch turned up that needs to be fixed and this is in progress.  Ideally it would have been done in the original work, but I am very pleased with the speed with which it was addressed.
